Rooms are not properly maintained as compared to its price. The restaurant is also not cleaned.

Not worth for the money paid. Unclean washrooms, beds, pillows, towels and floor. Staffs are very rude and refused to change pillow covers (found with hair and stains) No kettle for coffee tea making. The only guy Manoj sharma working in restaurant and bar was very supportive and great person. Swimming pool is good, parking facilities available.

Hotel is under maintenance
The hotel is under maintenance, why they give us room if this is under maintenance ?
worst experience of hotel staff,
restaurant service is superb but hotel room service worst, 3rd class service providers.

Hotel premises are situated at a nice location. Reasonable room rates. Food quality is also good but limited menu.
Staff was courteous.
But need to work on amenities. Refrigerator not provided in room, WiFi didn't work at all during the entire stay, TV and AC were also not working properly.

worst ever quality of food according to highest ever price. Very poor customer services and no followance of government rules for example they charge tax on tax i.e. on soft drinks they charge GST on MRP

hotel needs renovation in rooms as doors and many more things are got broken or not functional properly.
Hotel's location is awesome and it is the main USP, service is also good and staff is well behaved too. definitely plan another trip to this hotel in future but if it gets renovated it will be added bonus but after renovation prices should be remain same.
