My experience with this guest house was amazing. The check-in & out process was seamless. The room allotted to us was really nice. The bed was soft and comfortable but in my humble opinion, it would be hard so two big people/ small family(premium ac room) to comfortably sleep on it. The room was not very big but was cozy enough, looked like they have done Reno inside not so long back. The washroom where pretty decent in size as well. Also, the best part was that the rooms & washroom were super clean.

This is our second time staying in Palolem Guest house The staff is very friendly and always ready to help Mellita and Gautam are very humble and kind hearted people. They are always ready to help, the rooms were clean and lit well . The food is amazing, would definitely love to go and stay there.

Clean rooms with good shower pressure.
Property is also clean. A dedicated car parking space is also provided where they lock the gates in the night time. There will be an ease of mind since you know your car is not parked on the narrow street outside the property.

If u want a stay near palolem beach and not concerned about complimentary water and breakfast then go for it

Room is good but I have lost my new Shoe.they deny the same.Room quality good,Location also good.Resturent also good and the Manager also very nice person.

Very poor service with rude front desk people. Even basics such as water were not provided in the room. This was out 2nd time here and first time it was pleasant experience. This time was poor experience.
