They have allocated ground floor room, even though first floor rooms were empty, in ground floor there is no wifi, need to connect to first floor, signal is too poor, widow is not properly closing in our room, outside people voice can easily hear, caretaker used to watch tv late nights with full volume, not able to sleep properly, caretaker relatives doing chit chats at late nights,2 days there is no power in the morning, so no hots water, and geyser is of just 6 liters capacity, this hotel not ...more

the room is totally different. the room is somewhere underground like a dungeon. they ask for an extra amount also to upgrade the room from deluxe to super deluxe. which is totally not good at the last moment.
