The staff services are very good. Hotel is really clean. The only issue is i mistakenly paid charges for 2 adults however i was alone but the hotel doesn’t have the facility to change the room neither goibibo has, which was little disappointing ☹️

overall experience was too good, and the food was too amazing of its restaurant😍just lovin it only one drawback is they were providing drinking water bottles of half litre while calling them multiple times instead of saying that i want this much quantity rest all is too perfect 😍

the hotel room gallery carpets were smelling of infectious smells , filled dust & looking super dirty . the beds were very very uncomfortable , the mattresses were disbalanced

the staff was not good.. they were looking at us in a very strange way . also they didn’t tell that the snack item which was present in the room was not with the room as the room was very expensive , at the time of checkout they charged me for that . ac was not working. overall it’s not worth the price .
