I booked the hotel in advance and paid before hand. But I was shifted to some other hotel which was like staying under the basement

awesome boarding experience.walking distance to sea beach and sea beach market.polite and friendly behaviour by all staff especially receptionist.healty hygienic food provided at reasonable price.you can experience peaceful trip at this hotel.overall excellent service provided at reasonable rate. cleanliness,cool,calm and friendly behaviour of staffs.tasty food within hotel.last but not least secure.

1st day when we came the room is not clean and the bed sheet is not in good condition. So we demanded for a new one but they failed to supply. And today 10 October I told them that the ac is not working from noon. But no one came to solve the problem and now we have to adjust with our two baby in a suffocating condition.
