the hotel is not as shown in the pictures and the staff is not cooperative..they have given us different room and asking for chargeable upgrade..i informed the website but they are also denying to change my hotel

There is no lift in hotel ..they can give room on 4th floor even if guests are with elders and small kids..washrooms are in very bad condition,water blockage and very dark …food is very average…

it was pathetic , as they gave me a room at the corner with 3rd floor after so many request also that my wife has some leg 🦵 pain issue as there was no lift but they can’t understand and was rude . by saying this is only option available .

Our entire holiday and the experience was ruined at the reception itself when we were trying to check-in. Wr had booked via goibibo for 2 standard rooms for us and our 2 children. The hotel staff were unable to give us 2 rooms on the same floor stating they do not more than one standard room on each floor in the entire property which was hard to believe. We had driven for 9 long hours to reach the hotel in the afternoon and being made to wait for 2 long hours for the rooms to be provided that to ...more

Only one problem is facing by me in the room. AC outdoor is placed in the room’s balcony. Not able to use the balcony due to heat which is coming from the AC outdoor unit, I think you’ll do something about it.

The room we got had multiple issues though the hotel management tried his best to resolve the issue but is was not sufficient. Room lock was not working. TV was not working. Room had seepage smell etcAlso welness spa was over burdened and cancelled our appointment. very disappointed.
