room was not clean. bed sheet, pillow and blanket all are dirty. we found the lots of hair on the bedsheet. tv cable has been broken and service was very poor.

not satisfied with the hotel service worst experience 1.no towel & toilet soap in roam 2. too much cockroach in roam 3.staff don't listen if you request 4.tv is not working 5.not for good for family too much noise from outside of hotel 6. no tea coffe before 10 am

Not happy with the stay! Firstly, reached hotel at 11PM but still the room was not available to checkin as the cleaning was pending, stil after cleaning issues very there hence called again to clean. Checkin done on 11:45 PM. Fan was not cleaned, lot of dust on it, Washroom very dirty, Lots of planing working required. Breakfast also not appropriate, Staying 2 person, but giving only 1 option in breakfast which is also 2 paratha for 2 person, felt like I should not book the room with breakfast. Overall not happy with the experience.

Nice and clean rooms available at affordable prices and hotel staff is also cooperative. Clean bathrooms and room size is also good but TV was not working in my room.
