Staff behaviour is excellent, rooms was clean but only problem I faced that rooms have no ventilation and in monsoon moisture smell was there in room even they spray the room freshner
I recommend it in all weather except monsoon as per my experience

The room door's locking system could be much better,it was below average. The lock kept getting stuck. otherwise the stay was okay.

They are charging the good amount, but there is no proper working table , the tea cups are not cleaned properly, okay, this can be acceptable because this issue was created by some individual person, but the main issue is they are not even providing the tea till morning. 8 o'clock. It is very worst. Very cool, they are telling the restaurant will open after 8 AM.

i had an amazing stay at this hotel! the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious, making it easy to relax. the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at a great temperature. i also appreciated the snacks and coffee available—it was a nice touch.
the highlight was definitely the food from the restaurant—everything was excellent! the quality and taste exceeded my expectations.
overall, i had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel. five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A good 4 star stay near Aluva (Thiruvairanikulam temple around 6 km apart). Room is spacious and clean. Though they can improve house keeping, as we felt bad smell in room. Romms equipped with modern amenities like tea maker, iron box, locker, mini bar etc. Bathroom has enough space and clean.
They have inhouse restaurant, but we had outside food. Two resturants (Al Saj and Quality) and a small backery available nearby. Ample car parking space available. Overall had a good stay.

The room was clean with good amenities but I got room for specially abled so bit inconvenience as basin and other things are lower in height and no glass partition in the bathroom.. food at this place is reasonable and tasty.. staff is polite and location is good.. it's bit away from kochi so for sightseeing you might want to reconsider other places located nearby the major attractions.. overall surely recommend the place
we liked the food and room ambiance.. it was specious and pleasant stay

Good hotel. Just a few kilometers distant from Aluva Railway station. Have good amenities in the room. Neatness is good.
