i have booked at this hotel before also, but yesterday's stay was not good at all. i waited almost 30 minutes to get a dental kit at morning and called multiple times to recpetion& service team, unfortunately after 30 minutes of waiting they informed me dental kit was out of stock.
this was not the service i expected from park group

I requested Gobibo to show a hotel near Kottayam Railway station. they made me book a hotel 10km away from Railway station
since my train reaches at 12:30am I am forced to drop this option.
