my experience was bad as hell.. no supply of electricity in the hotel there generator was not working and the manager over there was an idiot with no sense of behaving with the customers

very first staff was totally drunked as we checked in
after that the alloted us our room and room was on second floor lift was in so worst condition that it was stinking a lot
in room springs were comming out of the matress
when we asked to change our room
gm of the hotel was on the call he said get lost from the hotel
whole room was stinking
extreme bad experience

Pathetic service, Pathetic Breakfast served in the morning. No variety or option. Parantha curd and tea served It was like,they bought parantha and tea from a rehri outside or nearby. TV not working. Over all it was a pathetic stay. A typical bus stand wala hotel but expensive.

Totally waste of money, no cleanliness, old sofas sitting in the corridor, our room handle was broken wasn't even locking properly, its too much cold and we asked for hot water service, he said wait for 10 mins, it will come automatically, we waited for another 30 mins nothing comes up. Asked for extra blanket, havent got it. No towels in bathroom. Waste of money. Never recommending it to anyone.
