such pathetic experience to stay. facilities worse than a pg! stinky way to go to hall where food was served. I mean the management lacked comon and civic sense both. you'll get only 500ml water once a day. if you are still thirsty, the. get an empty mug or jug from.your side to get it filled. we checked in at night, so couldn't go out for buying water for our children so called several times pls provide some water for our children. house keeping said donyou have a mug or jug something to full w ...more

poor infra. lots of wall cracks and old dilapidated furniture. seems pretty old.
only positive point being located in police bazaar so all local markets and food joints easily accessible.

the rooms do not have any sort of noise isolation. i understand that the hotel is located next to a busy market, but the windows do not have good noise isolation. if you value your sleep, do not book this hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The view from the window was also good. Location wise very good, just near to the shillong market place. Just a 2-3 minute walk to the city centre of shillong. Food wise the hotel is horrible. It has a restaurant which is not directly connected to the hotel. The restaurant is actually inside the hotel but it is an individual Entity. The food is too expensive and tastes horrible. I recommend having food outside at the shillong market place there are lots of options.
