bad cooling in room
three times ac technician tried to repair the ac but failed to do so
plus bcoz of the live band downstairs in the restuarant, it was too noisy in the room even at 3 at night.

There seems to be a night club or something in the same building and the walls were vibrating due to VERY loud music till early morning and it was difficult to sleep. Hotel room quality is very good but if you need rest and sleep, go somewhere else.

The hotel's location and comfort is very good. Food quality is very good.The only problem is service is very late.
so pls be careful if you order then you must wait a minimum of one hour.
The check out experience was very bad. He need some training for that person.

The receptionist never picks up the call. They charge for each and everything even for drinking water very low light in room. Toilet, very congested, bad smell toilet
