don't go to this hotel becuase policy are not refundable also staff is not supported.

The property is great for staying , located in a peaceful location , gives you a good morning view (forest feels) , a swimming pool and the rooms are well maintained,the staff is quite supportive and it is affordable. the place is suitable for family stay .

Stay was nice. Hotel staff was supportive. However, there was no cook in the hotel. Food at hotel was challenge. Actually its old property but maintained well. AC compared to room and weather in Goa, was not upto the mark.

Location is 1.2 km far from palolem beach.. there is little or no street lights around the area

Experience was average.
Pros -
1. food taste is good as compared to other hotels in Goa.
2. Enjoyed in swimming pool
3. Hot and cold water available for bath.
4. Environment is good
Cons
1. AC not working properly
2. Some type of smells coming in rooms
3. They don't ask for room service

I recently stayed at Castle House Palolem. Although the hotel appears a bit dated, the staff and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The availability of on-site food was convenient, but the pricing could have been more budget-friendly. There was ample parking space, a definite plus. However, frequent power cuts were a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a decent stay.
