Hotel Staff was very helpful. Although Owner is something showing like attitude but Hospitality is good due to one person I.e. I forgot his name. He is from Bihar.

The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in my extensive travel and stays at hotels.
The hotel staff, the two ladies at the reception was rude beyons measure and full of attitude. Read other peoples review and you will find similar complains.
The night watchman was another rude person.
Apparently, this hotel locks it's shutters at 10:30 Pm and DOES NOT open it till 7 am. This was what was told to me after a childhood friend of ours tried to leave after 12 midnight having visited us. Deepika the hot ...more

we asked for plates to keep some food which we bought from out side as these food items are not available in pine borough hotel ,jelibi,mava sweet and pav bhaji so we want to eat this item but we were refused to have plates for out some food item
this is hotel rule so pls guys have food outside don't bring to hotel as you won't have plates to eat .....
