fairly good stay with a few downsides.the property is peaceful and rooms are clean, but do note—it’s quite far from the gondola station, and no vehicle access means you have to walk a bit, which can be tiring, especially for elders. food was tasty but overpriced. staff was courteous, but overall logistics could be better.

Hotel & food r good....Best locations just walking distance from gondola cable car....Heater r not working...Hot water r not coming properly...these basic facilities r must even in all hotel that taken nominal charges & u taken primium charge & not given these facilities r not exceptable at any cost specific families those travel with child ....

The hotel is Very near to Gondola, walking distance.Centrally heating. However food is excessively costly and hotel rooms are also very costly.

this is one of the best hotels in Gulmarg.The hospitality was Awesome, Managar at the Hotel was very courteous and cooperative, food preparation was excellent and delicious.The most luxurious and ultra modern interior and Room and Wash room , separate modern style shower space, Were very clean and Hygienic, You will really enjoy it.The Pine Spring Resort Gulmarg made our vacation amazing.We did not face any issue everything was very smooth from check in to check out. very poor property to stay at. they give you zero hospitality for the money they charge from you. if you reach the buffet breakfast in the last half hour and if you ask them to refill the empty dishes, they say sorry sir we don't have more food sir, n that's it. the General Manager sitting at the counter is an extremely rude man. my stay was Pathetic. zero wifi connectivity. I paid 20k for a night equivalent to burning my money
