Room was not good. Washroom was worst. Moreover, security issues was there as a group of males was having hard drinks and yelling. we requested caretaker to change either their place or ours. He denied indirectly. Food was also not edible at all.

DENIED CHECKin as The Room Booked was not provided instead Gave a Third Grade Room. PLZ DONOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. Requested for the Refund. that too Denied. OWNER started being RUDE.

A very nice experience. An off beat location to relax and chill. Best thing is the surroundings, as it is located just on the foothills of mountains. The owner Gurinder ji was very courteous, who was always checking on us until we reached the location. Support staff at the resort is very kind and helpful. U ask for it, and they will arrange for it. A very relaxing and comfortable stay at the resort. Definitely recommended for a comfortable stay.

Supub palace.Having so much fun,quality time family,g8 food,so much peace,best view is morning time.i feel so fresh afterwards coming from there.Just ones request please add some activity for kids.And some games 👌👌👍👍

Stay was very nice, staffs were very friendly, nice and safe place to go with a pet you are travelling with one. Lot of trails nearby if someone is interested. Overall a nice experience.

This is place is lil bit far from main Kasauli. Location is very good. Staff is really courteous specifically Dimple. Food is basic and tasty. But you have to compromise with quantity. And somewhere it’s good so that nobody can waste it. Negative point is mattress. They are not comfy. Resort has orthopaedic mattress I guess. So if you are not friendly with it, you have to adjust. This property is really cute and simply maintained.

The location is very nice away from the town, into the woods. I had a wonderful experience. You must try beetroot kebabs for sure.

positive things amazing place to visit and nice and cooperative staff loved the view of hotel nice place to spend time with family members climate is awesome negative things roads to reach hotel r not so good limited choice to eat food. tv nahi hai bhai room mai betaoooo rooms r too costly
