Got a spacious room. AC is centralized. Room condition is just average and doable for one night stay. Staff was good. Location ok. Not too far from temple.

Our experience was extremely bad with PKN Classic Regency.. The room's photo we saw in review & the actual room was totally different in worse terms..
Firstly the room was stinky as soon as we entered, particularly with the AC on & not ventilated adequately before check in, the odour was nauseating..
Secondly, the room had spider webs in all corners; humid filled, fungated & brown stained walls; wet & dirty towels all disgusting features..
Thirdly, bathroom had literally sand sediments all over & was super slippery.. slow draining water in sink.. altogether one of the worst experiences..

pathetic service, they charge for room which is available but provide basic uncleaned rooms, bedsheets, towel, and dirty pillow covers, No restaurant service not even tea/coffee. They asked to order from swiggy or zomato, but they said they will not provide any plates, spoon and glasses. There is no place for vehicle parking

The hotel though looks good but need proper maintenance. With our checkin we were provided with 2 soaps no kit whatsoever, 1 towel. Room we booked was double bed however we got 2 single beds making it difficult for us to sleep with kid. A common excuse was given all rooms are full. There was a hole in bedsheet, washbasin was super small. Curtain couldn't cover the window.Experience was not good at all.
