Horrible experience, When I reached hotel staff seated at reception told me we don't have booking on your name He told me you have to pay more money ( 600 Rs more ) as we cannot give as per booking. Later on after argument with the receptionist they finally provided the room as per their choice. Room given by them was dirty, non AC, stinky smell was also coming from room etc I have never ever faced such an harassment in my life. Please don't book this hotel at any cost.
