In a week's time, I stayed twice at the hotel and both the time I was extremely disappointed. While the hotel is located at a decent location but their infrastructure is old. In winters it's a task to get hot water in the washroom. we must have drained 3-4 buckets of water and still we didn't get hot water. this was an issue during both the stays. it is not a prime property and absolutely not worth spending any money for staying.

room cleaning was an issue throughout the stay washroom was not cleaned there were cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room floor was also not properly cleaned dust on switchboards was there we informed this to the reception also but that was not helpful

Maintenance of the hotel was very poor. It's not at par with any playotel hotel. Food quality was not very bad.

No kattle, tea or coffee. No toilet paper nor towels. I had to ask for everything. Apparently there's room service you can call, but no menu in the room.Average stay. No hot water in the rooms in the morning, Afternoon even in Evening in Rainy season time.I'm check in at 05 Pm and next day they force me to check out at 1 Pm and staff tell to me at 11 am sir please clear your foods bills. Staff was not cooperative at all .. asking for amenities to the staff ,they were not willing to give things . Also do at time of check out there was no one for luggage check out from room .. we only had to do that .. horrible experience

Nice hotel near by Railway Station. Breakfast Buffet is good & I will say it's value for money.
