Room 303 is amazing, the location of the hotel is good, just some issues with the wash room and shower

Affordable, cozy, cost effective due to its nearness to major tourist spots and numerous food joints, meant for tourists on a short visit, with shoe string budget, not for a luxurious vacation. Please check for your preferences about amenities and talk to the manager , changes done instantly, everything in proper working condition.
Would prefer to stay here itself during my next visit to Mumbai.

very good hotel as per it's name(hotel popular palace mumbai). all staff cooperative, reception staff kindly behaviour. dormitory very neat and tidy. on main road near gpo,cts railway station.

it's an okay hotel if you are on a budget. sheets could be cleaner. no drinking water. ac couldn't be turned on. phone was dead. it's okay if it'll be a quick stay and you'll be out most of the day.

a budget friendly hotel. the staff are very nice and helpful. the only setback is there is no exhaust in the bathroom, and it is pretty small.

The room was quite small compared to the price that we paid and should have gone with a Standard AC room instead, which was spacious.
The walls had quite a few cracks, pigeons around the window were noisy and made the sleep worse.
The room could have been kept a lot cleaner, the bathroom was cleaner but very congested.
The staff was friendly and cooperative.
Overall above average experience.

it was good experience in all
still the room they allotted was beside the smoking room (smoking allowed room) which as couple we didn't liked
privacy and view from hotel, and ofcourse location
