The staff is helpful and available on a call There was peoblem in my tv they changed the whole room which was superb. only thing is power cut and sleep disturbance due to generators at night once they taken over this will be 5 starer

Lack of cleanliness , issue of Light cuts every 2 hrs, bathroom tap is broken i dnt knw how to use that bathroom

Hotel pahuche to sbse pahle reception pe bola gya aapki booking ni h.Fr room diya gya to kisi ka checkout Bina clean kre.Fr room change hua to wo b used bedsheet k sath.Jb Maine usko b mna kra to ek acha room diya gya.Hotel me light ki bht dikkat h. Rat me 2-3 bje tk jagne k bat Kai bar generator chalane ko bolne k bad generator ON hua.
