untidy rooms , bathroom was smelling , no hot water arrangement, tv was not working properly and room heater was not there

pleasant stay.booked air cooled classic room and the provide me deluxe one
no unnecessary nagging. A bit issue with wifi but now day it's ok as Cellular data make up for it.

Room is very dirty. in the name of air room they provide cooler. Moreover, Bathroom is in bad condition and no Gyeser. I am attaching some photographs. There is no phone service.
