location wise and value wise quite good but service and amenities are not up to the mark majorly equipments are not working or poor condition and broken,

there was no bucket in the bathroom and there was no paposh to wipe the legs and also tv was not working
siliguri classic special thali rate showing ther menu at 299/- but the are taking 399/-

the hotel's location is great with everything nearby. food is very good. the rooms were neat and clean. it's just that the rooms are not suitable for more than 2 people. overall a great value stay
