Nice place...good location, spacious rooms, the pool requires some regular maintenance as water didn't seem very clean..The staff were very helpful, courteous and very friendly..overall a good experience

it was a pleasant stay here ,the rooms are neat , clean and well spacious...i was having deluxe room but the service and air conditioning was perfect...i think u should go with the hotel coz all the places are nearby from here..

The property boasts an excellent location. Originally an old building, it has been tastefully converted into standard rooms. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the staff were exceptional, always greeting us with a warm and polite smile. They were also extremely helpful in arranging transportation for local sightseeing excursions. The property's proximity to the Fort Kochi jetty makes it easily accessible."

Nice hotel with a great design. The pond along the whole length of the hotel is amazing. Room was neat and clean. Will definitely be staying there the next time we visit Cochin. The receptionist and staff are really friendly and helpful.

This is a great place to stay with family or with friends. Not to boast much. It has clean beds, clean rooms and some good amenities. The significant advantage is, it's located close to Ferry and main attractions of Fort Kochi. Staff are courteous and helpful. Mr.Kishore Mathew ensured I take the right route while reaching the hotel. Overall this is a great place for the budget.

Location is very close to the boat jetty. Hotel staffs were very helpful. Breakfast menu was very limited, however it was tasty. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall a good stay.
