hotel room was not good as per deluxe standard, also room not decorate as per package,no complementary drink will provide by hotel, fan has very bed sound, staff behavior was no good. they ignore everything and take everything lightly. totel waste of money. we have no any option no cancel the hotel because it has non refundable booking or i paid in advance.

at the time of booking ut was mentioned in amenities ac is also but there is no ac .room is also so small . washroom is worst.wc is so narrow to seat

its located Near Mall road lift.Only drawback is you need to climb 30 stairs to reach hotel

We had have good stay there. visited in April 2nd week.
we stayed in a room they call super delux. cons is more than pros.
Pros:
1. Hotel staff and their behaviour was good.
2. Daily housekeeping.
3. location: near car parking lift.
near Mall road you just need to climb 50 steps but it was not easy to take.
4. budget hotel.
5. sightseeing seeing. they also provide taxi service for sightseeing. Price for taxing service for sightseeing seeing is same as you can hire on your own online or b ...more
