Great place to stay . Communication was fair , staff were friendly and I’m not a hard person to please when it comes to being their guest . Clean- Room service came quickly and they always answered at reception- no waiting for service.

good hotel for a decent price. it's so difficult to find good hotels anywhere nowadays without paying upwards of 4k per night. glad to visit a hotel with decent rooms at a cheaper price. there was enough room to put down my suitcase flat open and still have enough room for walking (this is becoming a rarity in mumbai at this price point). although i only ever ordered coffee, the service was quick.

The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service. I love it and sure will go again

The Hotel is very good for a stay. The room which was allotted to us was recently renovated. The staff was responsive and room service was good. We really enjoyed our stay there, and we will choose the same hotel again in future.

the walls were leaking and there is mould growing inside the room and bathroom. floors are wet because there is leakage from the ceiling. not safe
