Room size was small and also it was not lake facing. overall room service was good and also the food quality was good. The rooms are bit overpriced.

very tiny room. bad food. Small and dirty blanket and bedsheet. Over all it was the worst stay of my life.

I have paid 3K amount for a normal room for a single night. Worst room ever. Very small room and there is no space for an extra bed. Bedsheets are not clean. No parking space. Only one thing is good for this hotel is the view of Naina lake and Mountain. This hotel is located on a mall road. Amenities

Very poor management. Rooms are not clean. No night staff available for night chaos. Front lake view is nice.

Location is great. Staffs are friendly. The only problem I had with dirty towel with stains.

after climbing 3 storie size stairs people can reach the hotel reception, after that 4 storied hotel without any lift. rooms are 7 feet by 8 feet size. the tv is there in every room but the hotel authority do not charge with cable line. so we could not see the tv. authority do not clean the toilet after guest checkout

firstly I want to say about Prince hotel that is Location is very nice place.500 meter from naini jheel..Prince hotel located at front of naini jheel Mall road...so if you want to enjoy naini jheel view than this one is best place...Wifi is not working properly in hotel otherwise food is okay..if your searching hotel in nainital than you have to book before 10 days so than it will cheap for you

water was too cold geyser was not available for my room they said there is a plant and as per the room and hotel price was too high there were many hotels nearby which were offering at very low prices. if won't have booked in advance I would have got the better room at the lower price.

Hot water is available from 7a.m to 12 noon in every room.
