The location is good. The behaviour of staff is very good. Mr Avinash is very gentle and well behaved person.All facilities are available.The hall is excellent.

Clean room, clean bathroom.
The Staff are super nice, cooperative.
I wanted my sheets changed they did it without delay.
Location is good, walkable distance to Ward's Lake
I recommend this hotel to any traveller.

Really polite and helpful staff. Peaceful and quiet location. Only problem was it was a one way street. So, we had to walk with our luggage to the hotel.

I stayed at pumpkin Rooms while i was on my family vacation at shillong and the rooms were clean and hygienic.
The food served was warm and tasty as well.
The location of the hotel is also easy to find and the staff were also cordial and courteous. I would really suggest to stay at this place if you visit shillong.

The stay was fine. Rooms were ok. Staff behavior was fine. But the services that they provided was not up to the mark. Food was not good. Overall 3/5 for the stay
