Review of Pumpkin Latara
The homestay is located right in the centre of the main be market, so that is convenient. The rooms are pretty basic but neat and clean and decently priced. The hosts too are really friendly and helpful and their food is amazing as well. Perhaps best in all of Cherrapunji, I can say because I ate at some other famous local joints as well. Homestay is at the centre of the city and easy accessible ... It is at immidiate next to SBI bank.. Hosts are so so helpful and very caring..
Breakfast is not included in the rental amount..

Clean room, humble and helpful owner, beautiful view, being a homestay cannot expect to be luxurious however basic amenities are present. Overall 7/10.

There was electricity cut off and they don't have any power back up with them. Rooms were not up to the expectation, as window was broken. Hot water facility was also not there.

The location was not so easy to reach, it was not easily visible from the main road, also there were no signboards available nearby. Hospitality was good. Security wise it was safe. Rooms were fine and comfortable to stay.
