Room size is too small.
Property is too far down side from the main road.
Need to Up/Down 40+ steps so not suitable for elder.
Owner is asking for too much high amount approx Rs.1000 for early checkin.
Charging Rs. 700 extra for 6 year old child without food and extra mattress.
Toilet lock is broken.
Room is not clean.

Hotel is very well maintained and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room cost is also very affordable. We reached the hotel at around 1 am in the night and the staff is still available to receive us at that time. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in shimla near mall road
