    Everything was good specially food at rang mahel ( hotel restaurant) but hotel is understaffed, intercom in room was not working.

    Room was good, location of the hotel was good. Food was average and no choice in the breakfast. Very poor room delivery service. It is costly as compared to its services

    It was an average hotel at third floor of mall, room size was good though fixture are not as per norms ; washroom was spacious though quality of bathroom fixture was not so good; no dinning service in late hours, scarcity of staff, only one person manage every thing not very good to stay with family though can stay in emergency. Too expensive for its ambience and location. I will not prefer to stay again in it.

    Not recommended at All!They don't respond to calls, room service is pathetic, no water bottles are provided, no towels. No coffee sachets only tea sachets with a dirty kettle.INo toiletries were given, No towels or hand towels. No dental Kit, No slippers, No shaving Kit. Even no body wash. Water was dripping down from the Heater. In bathroom shower top was missing, you are supposed to bath with Water in the bucket only.     very poor response from manager. there was no water. it was being informed from 5.30am. but they ignored. we used packaged water for washing face n brushing.
