It's quite good place 📍, Rooms are fine and clean, bathroom is also good. Staff behavior is polite. I am giving it four stars because the price is high. Wifi is available with android tv 📺
If you are coming for TCS Bhubaneswar then I recommend you to stay here.

small rooms , no window screens. but good if one is in urgent need of room for official client visit stay. its in 2nd & 3rd floor and no lift. good thing is no outside disturbance.

No back side window in Non AC rooms. But no problem for ventilation. Just 1.3 KM from Infocity square. Near to United institute of business Management.
Room are toilets are clear, good mentenace. Overall budget friendly. Suitable for New commers for working in Leading IT sector.

Rooms are good.The staff is very friendly and they show great hospitality towards every guest .walking distance from info city.I have stayed for 4 nights..I am looking to stay again.

Hostess was very helpful but rooms are not well organized. There was no blanket given when I asked for one, the boy told that there are no blankets left to provide and when I forced to give one he gave me a torned blanket. There was no glass for water, even no soap was given. But the manager was very much helpful.

You get what you pay for with the room, the room is big enough and clean, the bathroom is small but manageable. The best thing is the staff, they are very nice and will help you with more or less everything. The place is located within walking distance of the KIIT campus and the TCS iON zone. There are plenty of restaurants located nearby and auto rickshaws are available throughout the day.
