booked deluxe room and when i reached at hotel 4 hours late they provide my deluxe room to other guest and they provide us twin bed how to manage this type of bed in marriage couple, i accused with staff they easily said its not their fault its booked, only 8 rooms in whole hotel its good enough because 250m to vile parle west station

on the first day of our arrival, the ac was not working and the washroom didn't have water. no one was there at the reception and the hotel staff didn't even try to solve our issues. we had to check in another hotel.

I have made the booking for three people, but the room size is very small, not for three people,
I am unable to understand why you are accepting bookings for three people when your room size can not accommodate three people.

Is really good close to the Vile parle station.
everything is closed by the market for shopping, airport.

It was very unprofessional behaviour.I reached at 8pm for check in but Hotel staff was unware i was having booking for the 2 Days. After half an hour of calling here and there they found there was the booking and but unfortunately was unprepared and dirty. Still Manager came and try to control the situation..over all it was ok.
Apologies were made.

Rooms are not according to price, bedsheet and bed is clean and okey type. The staff at reception are taking too much time for chekin or check out, you have to remind them again and again for small small things, not very attentive. Good thing is just a location near to Vileparle station
