The hotel and amenities are good; but the staff are extremely empathetic and cooperative. We stayed there for medical reasons. They provided support and facilities as per our needs. It's very close to CK birla hospital and Shivaji Park Metro station.

It's no way a 3 star property. Rooms were dirty and smelly, and bathrooms were full of mould. We had to wait till 13.30 for checking inn and we checked out the same day at 15.00. The hotel staff was not helpful or apologetic at all. The most dirtiest hotel ever been into.
