We stayed at this hotel on 29th April. We were allotted Room#412 for our stay. The A/C wasn’t working and functional until couple of hours of running, so we called the reception for technician. The technician recorded the room temperature of 41 celsius in the room. He asked us to let it run for another 1 hour. After all this we requested our room to be shifted with functional A/C. The allotted us #401 which had a broken toilet seat and lid. We were then shifted to #402 which had a non functional ...more

there was a very bad smell in the room and they did not provide us with a washroom kit or even disposable sleepers . i was not satisfied from the services at all.

rooms are extremely very tiny.. dinner food quality very low .. desserts i ordered (gulab jamun) they r rotten .. highly disappointed from food quality nd behaviour or receptionist was thoroughly unprofessional.. nd non co-operative thought breakfast was good low on parking space.. only 5- cars can b parked in the hotel premises . rest guets have to park on main raod.
