No ventilation , no windows , not at all good super delux rooms . Food is okayish not very nice . Worn out walls and furniture . Mini refrigerator was smelling very bad .

1 star rating is still too much for this hotel, i want to give it 0 star. The rooms are not even close to what is displayed.Hotel rooms are pathetic, i got my room changed thrice. Wood is chipping from furnitures, there are damp walls. Linen is torn and stains can be easily spotted. There was no water in toilet flush tank, they said they repaired it after complain, but no use. There was no hot water in bathroom, i had to change my room again at 8am in the morning. My 3 year old kid was with me, ...more

It was very bad. no internet, tv doesn’t work, only very mild hot water available for shower, found molds in the room, no proper dinning area to eat breakfast, no lift. Advice is not to book this hotel.

Worst staying experience. They offered a different room and not what was booked. Rooms are in basement so very stinky and damp. Also some staff members are very rude. Will not recommend this place until an emergency

this room was like coffin ⚰️, after looking at pics uploaded by owner I booked this hotel but it was totally different. better to avoid such properties. room was very small in size and height of ceiling is 8 ft only.
The washrooms were in poor condition.
