flushing system of bathroom was in pathatic condition, they don't try to fix it even after complaint, TV was inactive. they denied to activate... after 2-3 requests they given an extra pillow... behaviour of staff was not so good, before and after booking, it seems that they need only customers, not their satisfaction. advice not to stay at such property...

Hotel is situated in very nice location, as it is a winter season all the amenities are in place, Like Heater Geyser etc. Most importantly very clean hotel, of course Wi-Fi seems to me had weak signal, OfCourse value for money. Ala Carte to me was costly than other hotels in this category.

Had unsubscribed all the entertainment channels on TV, proper water was not coming in the bathing tap, there were only 2 items in breakfast also. Hair dryer was clearly mentioned in the list of items provided in the room but they refused saying that we do not provide it. And most important I order 3 items separately which was I tea, 1 plate hukka noodles and chicken biryani for that I paid 1050 which was very costly and where I had 10% discount on food and beverage that was also not given by them

Stay was comfortable. It is always advisable to book Room along with Breakfast and Buffet Dinner . Ordering food is very costly.
