Worst experience. No juices / soft drinks available at 8pm.
No tissues in toilets.

It has always een a pleasurable stay with Hotel RK Residency.
The staff is very cooperative.
Service quality is good but can be better. Food is good.
Due to hike in room tarif rates it’s started pitching on pocket.

Had a very poor and bad experience, unsafe to stay, booked for my office seniors and the bell boy comes Inside directly after waiting outside for ten seconds using spare key and if enquired they just say stupid reasons and AC was not working and very poor customer service. food was just ok and I will not recommend anyone to stay here

Hotel refused booking initially and asked me to figure out. After a few heated exchange of words, they magically found the booking. Room is old abs doesn't have a refrigerator. No menu in the room. Room service offered soup and snacks (like pakodas) during lunch time and said nothing else was available. I decided to have soup and head out for lunch (thanks to the location).I would never return here. null of the staff seem to be qualified to be in this industry.

i was not happy with the booking as i was denied breakfast. i was told that the booking has been done without breakfast. terrible! haven’t mentioned the same while booking. is this how you give discount ?

Looks very old hotel, interior not maintaining properly. Uncomfortable to stay at room.
Will not prefer to anyone.
Staff experience not that much good.
Not worth for money.
Worst, don't waste your money.
