No water, no soaps provided rooms and bathroom wer dust as if no one gone for days to stay

We were very happy at this Hotel . The Manager was very friendly and helpful . The Room had a balkony which was very Nice , our room had a Shared bathroom on the hallway which was clean and as there were no Other guests on our Hall it was our Own . We came by plane to badogra and Booked this Hotel for One night on our way to darjeeling . It is not in walking distance to Njp but tuktuks are stopping / waiting right at the corner so it was no problem to get there .

I am just writing my experience during checkin .... I arrived at hotel late night at 10:45 PM ... the hotel main gate was closed and there was no security guard or any watchman who can open the gates ... I called on the number given in my voucher ... luckily the concerned person picked up the call and then after 10 minutes a person came to open the gate ... After filling up the checkin register ... i gave my passport as ID proof and that person said this won't be applicable until he realises ...more

No attached bathroom,no matter for how many people uh book the room for they will end up giving uh a double bed,they r providing one of the staff room q
