The staff's behaviour is so good... good atmosphere and good hospitality.... the rooms are well cleaned and tidy... they arrange decors in rooms as per my request and that was also good

Rooms were excellent specially washroom, very spacious and clean,. restaurant has nice river view and the food ws great, service and the staff was excellent.

Neat and well kept hotel ..the staff are friendly and always ready to help ..rooms are compact and well maintained..preeja from the housekeeping was always ready to help out with a smile ..the entire staff at the front office and the restaurant were friendly and always ready to help out ...the ambience in the restaurant is awesome..the food is excellent too..only that it takes a little too long ..but that's because they prepare only when you place your order...very tasty food too...to sum it all my stay for 5 days were enjoyable at Raas residency....
