Room Size and amenities are pretty awesome.
Swimming pool is very hygiene and classy.
Greenery is also maintained absolutely adequate, Ambience is so fine.
Food and Drinks are totally worthless, tasteless. No exception request are allowed during dine in.
Restaurant and Bar staff are not co operative and do not value Guest opinion. I would prefer to order from Swiggy in place of buzzing with Restaurant staff and service, I'm sorry.

Radisson Hotel Is Amazing and I Really Enjoyed The Stay Here.
1. Location was Very Convenient.
2. Food Requires Little Upgrade.
3. Housekeeping Needs To Improve Their Performance.
4. Room Was Very Comfortable.

the location of the hotel and food was excellent. the room was also neat & clean and specious. but the only problem was there for service. we waited for 30 minutes at reception to get our room'. there were only single number 9 to call reception, house keeping, room service and to avail all the services available at hotel.

the overall stay was average. room and washroom were not as clean as the other radisson properties or what was expected. the breakfast buffet service was not up to the mark

We had booked 5 rooms .
Ac not working in most of them
We got shifted to the suite in the middle of the night which was even bad , the dirty sofa's (room no 202)
Dirty pre used rooms were given as fresh check in rooms
U had to keep calling for basic amenities like dental kits, hand towels etc etc
It was a very very bad exp

it's an excellent property, well connected with metro and grand venice mall is at walking distance.
