It was very bad experience at radisson blu jammu to stay there they take half n hour to check in n there was nothing available in the room only they provided empty room no facilities was available even there wasn’t water available there was empty mini bar no slippers was available no dental kit there was nothing available when we try to communicate with them they said tomorrow morning we will see but they don’t provide anything else it was horrible experience there. waste of money zero service

The Radisson brand has fallen in last few years, the way they are cutting cost by making it inconvenient for the guests. Not enough sanitary kits, no covers on dustbins, poor housekeeping service, the staffs "forgets" to put towels then they disturb you when you're sleeping only to deliver things which we never asked for. Horrible experience. Only saving grace was the food which was good in dinner buffet but bad in room service.

Our room was adjoining some utility room which made noises all through the night. Not a great room to sleep

stay was awesome. the staff was very cooperative. they were so nice they packed food stuff for my baby for travel ! can't forget the love n care they showed. thanks radisson 😊

Staff is rude, rooms although look nice but are dirty, i booked deluxe room for 2 nights, it was a complete waste of money, book any other 3 star hotel instead
