Such a bad experience I ever stayed in five star hotels. Food quality n cleanliness is horrible. They didn’t provide breakfast. They charged twice for dinner too. Such a horrible five star hotel of my life.

Property is good but room service is pathetic.... calling to reception to address small issues like providing Hair Dryer or just fixing the room temperature... they are saying.. sending someone but no body is bothered to turned up. Not at all a 5 Star Property. Also, Towels are not seems to be cleaned at the time of check in. .

I booked a business class room ,they gave me room-708 ,where the basin had clogging issue and AC was not working, on my complaint maintenance guy came tried for 1hr but couldn't reapir the AC problem. I asked to change my room and shifted to room 712,and went outside. When i came back at 9pm , i found out that the flush was not working in the new room and the bathroom door latch was also damaged.i had terrible experience,no maintenance at all

It was wonderful experience. They facilitated early check in. The breakfast spread was good. They have to however improve the quality of corn flax. Could not enjoy pool due to paucity of time. Next time.

बहुत ही खराब अनुभव हुआ, ब्रेकफास्ट के दौरान वेटर द्वारा अंडा और वेज आइटम साथ मे दे दिया जबकि हमने अंडे का आर्डर ही नही किया था जोकि घोर आपत्तिजनक था किसी का धर्म भ्रष्ट करने के लिए ये प्रयाप्त है. ये मेरे लिए बहुत ही निराशाजनक व बेहद ही कष्टप्रद अनुभव रहा और आपत्ति दर्ज करने पर बोला जाता है कि ये तो कामन सी बात है हमारे यहां कई बार स्पून भी बदल जाते है ....हद है ये तो 😡😡
