Radisson staff is pathetic. They are not clear with their guests. I booked 2 nights and booked and paid in advance but at the time of check in they told me that you have to pay extra for my child without giving extra bed. I agreed upon their terms and give this feedback but they told me that they have their own policy. Its the best hotel in Shimla to stay. Once you checkin, you would fall in love with their ambience and lush green surrounding. While travelling as a family, the most important thing is safety and security. Here the security is very tight. But all the security guys, housekeeping staff and hotel employees are very cooperative in nature.

great property, its close to mall road, do bring your shoes. its a good 10 minute walk to the mall road ,but the hotel has a complimentary car to drop you off near the mall road. Great stay, great staff.

Had a family stay . Experience was awesome with beautiful packed beauty in surrounding along with hills view. Morning breakfast had all food range for all age group people . Taste was at 5 star rating .

We spent 2 nights. I was surprised with breakfast buffet. It was same for both days. Service was very poor. One of my friend is allergic to wheat. We asked them to warm up the food but they refused first. After such a big conversation they agreed to do that. We were very disappointed

they have very limited options in VEG. when asked about it, staff said due to COVID they have limited options. I have been in many 5 star hotels during and Haven't seen such mediocrity with good option. definitely not a 5 star hotel
