Worst hotel ever, as well we entered the room, found the room was dirty, garbages were in room, linens are dirty,bed sheet is full of hair, lipstick stain on pillow cover, bed side charging point came out from switch board, Room telephone not working cause we have to call from our personal phone all the time, food quality also not upto the mark, next day we are going to checking out at 10 o clock, we are sleeping at morning, suddenly sone construction noise started to came from morning 6 o clock ...more

a room for 6000 was not worth more than 1500
all furniture was damaged.
all bathroom fittings were scaled & rusted.
towels were in hopeless condition.
room service was pathetic.
water was dripping from AC.
no wifi in 2025.

location - it's quite far from beach, not an easy access.
building - the quality of rooms is below par. all the bathroom fittings were worn out. it was a bit stinky, so we have to keep the ventilation fan on all the time which was a bit noisy.
breakfast - the breakfast was ok. limited items.
staff - they were helpful at all times.
overall experience - it was a below par experience for the amount being charged. i guess we could have gotten a better hotel at the price we paid.

We were surprised when we requested a wifi password. The hotel replied big NO. This is not acceptable for this level of hotel.
