I booked Suite in raj palace. No kettle for hot water, no toiletries, intercom not working properly, no Hot water
Very bad experience. For the price they are charging and the maintenance they are doing is horrible.

Very much disappointed for the stay here. Almost all the staff are behaving very rudely. Nobody having a pleasant face except one tall guy (may be manager) & security. Dining area staff also don't know how to behave politely (except the oldman). The lady staffs were talking not in a polite way. When I took breakfast from the dining area, one lady staff came infront of me taking the breakfast in a way that they are the main persons there! Raj palace stay was very nice and rooms are very clean . I am stayed in suiet room and have enough space in the room . Hospitality also nice over there . I am happy the stay over there.
