the landline phone was not working. tv irritating noise issue. food service was very poor.. taking 2 hours for dinner.

rooms were stinking, ac not working so changed my room later in midnight some hotel staff switched off the ac from outside, no hot water in bathroom.
blankets were without cover and stinking.
only waiters were cordial and helping

The rooms and hospitality were ok with me. Being a regular traveler, you have upgraded me to Gotrib star and charged an additional approx. ₹500/room/day. It is really disappointed me a lot. It is not at all accepted.

It's in the heart of the city on the Assam Trunk Road . It's clean and homely atmosphere to stay in . River Brahmaputra is visible from the room. At present running with minimum staff. Staffs are humble and cooperative.
It's walking distance from the main market. It's situated on the main road suitable to catch vehicles for nearby town and airport.
