If I get option I will write zero star or minus the hotel staff was rude they show me Room something else and gave something else also on fourth floor and no lift, gyser was not working in this cold season very poor hygiene, also the Kms written in the description is wrong i suggest no one ever book this hotel.

This was the worst experience ever.
The hotel rooms were not cleaned and the bed was not ready.
The location of the hotel is in a very interior area.
There was no proper maintenance & all.
Also, this hotel is not suitable for the day old age person as stairs are very narrow.

Please don't stay there.
Location is not traceable, it is situated in slum area.
Geyser is not available.
AC is not in working condition.

Hotel was good even staff was also polite but hotel was little small, and tv and ac was not working properly

1. They didn't provide wifi but also you don't need a wifi in 5G generation
2. Room service was good
3. The bathroom was clean but the tap and shower was very dirty.
4. AC was good but there is no single window in that room to breath fresh air
5. TV was not working there
6. Geyser/Water heater was not working
7. Western toilet wal pretty clean
8. No dustbin there
9. Outside food is allowed, they didn't provide kitchen service
