Room in which I stayed was not in good shape.
Ceiling fan was making noise whole night, toilet ceat was not cleaned, plastic part of toilet was not good, water was not coming from toilet seat.

while I stayed in this perticular property I am feeling very satisfied and comfortable for purpose of staying property are very neat and cleans so i recommend to everyone for make a booking in this perticular property this hotel are very accessible from Kanpur railway station

Worst experience. The room is dirty, uncleaned bed sheet and kambal. Two rooms changed due to the rat being running all over the bed and on the floor. I couldn't sleep and had to check out at 5:15 am whereas my train to Delhi is rescheduled to 8:30 am.only advantage is very near to Kanpur station.

it is a budget hotel with affordable stay. the cleanliness is good, tv is not working shower in bathroom is choked. but overall satisfactory in this budget.

Really expensive and food quality is not good. Except room there is no other service allowed in the room like complementary water bottle, morning kit etc.
