Room was uite big, food was good. Room service very quick and good. Few minor things hotel must see- lock of the room I stayed 203, was broken. Lighting has to be little more in the room.

Good location, basic amenities, clean rooms, easily accessible, nice & well behaved staffs, tasty food, good for business travellers
It was a 5 days stay for me. The service standards are good. Response time by the hotel staff's were amazing.

I had booked Super Delux Room from your app, but when I checked in they allocated me the standard room ( the lowest category room of the hotel put of 3 categories). When I complained about the room they shifted me to another room which was somewhat OK and charged 600/- more. Still the QC was not working properly.
